Established in São Paulo in 1984, Ernesto Tzirulnik Advocacia has been engaged in the practice of insurance law since its inception.

The Law Firm's headquarters are presently located at an important modernist residence designed by one of the most important Brazilian architects, in the heart of the affluent district of Pacaembu, São Paulo.

Ernesto Tzirulnik Advocacia is a medium size law firm extremely conscious of each client's interests. It is comprised of seven attorneys and a skilled and dedicated staff, all concentrated to provide its clients with responsive legal services, involving the full spectrum of insurance practice. We work with insurers and insureds, insurance brokers, reinsurers and institutions that are in any way related to the insurance industry. The main areas of practice in our firm are insurance consulting and litigation. The firm also supervises regulatory services and claims management. Its partners are well versed in providing professional advice on risk-assessments, legal opinions on any disputed issue of the insurance contract, claims monitoring, settlements, negotiations, as well as disputes and dealings with state regulatory agencies and other governmental and/or class entities.

Ernesto Tzirulnik Advocacia experience in litigation is widely known. We handle litigation arising out of any sort of insurance matters. Its attorneys are used to handle single-plantiff cases, as well as more sophisticated collective law suits.
